Satowallet Currently Support 4 Fiat Currencies
  • Click the toggle bar at the top left corner of your app and select Bank Deposit.
  • Select your choice of fiat to deposit
  • Copy your unique Deposit ID, and enter choice of currency
  • Use displayed details to complete your transaction
    • Login to Satowallet App and click on the toggle bar at the top left corner then click Exchange on the App to begin trading
    • If you want to purchase SATOS at the current price, choose BTC Market and input SATOS in search box. Then you can enter to transaction page by clicking SATOS/BTC pair
    • Enter a right sale price of SATOS and enter the number, click on the “Buy” button, then you can finish your purchase. (Sell SATOS is the same as Buy SATOS)
    • From Asset page, choose Asset to Withdraw. Click Send.

    • You can send coins to any other Satowallet Account for free using the Satowallet “Send Via ID” feature. To use, just copy the User ID and enter the coin Type and Amount to send

    • To check your Withdrawal Status: Go back to your Satowallet App, Click Assets With Balance or Check Coin Withdrawal History
    • From the Asset Page, choose the Asset of your choice. Then Click Receive

    • Copy the deposit address or scan the deposit QR code. Please input this as the withdrawal address on other exchanges or the destination address for the wallet you are sending from

    NOTE: Use Your Account Destination Tags where required, examples coins like Monero and Ripple.

    Free. There are no fees for deposits.
    • Until SATOS can be used to pay trading fees, each trade on Satowallet Exchange will carry a standard fee of 0.25%.
    • Using Jiff Trade on Satowallet will carry a standard fee of 1% on each trade.
    • Satowallet Withdrawal fees are dynamic and influenced by the Crypto Market

    Unfortunately there is no way to stop the automatic withdrawal procedure as soon as you click the Withdrawal button. Due to the anonymous nature of the Blockchain Technology, Satowallet is also unable to tell where your funds have been sent. If you have sent your coins to the wrong address by mistake, please use other means to try and locate and/or contact the recipient of your funds.

    If you have withdrawn your funds to another exchange with an incorrect or empty tag/required description, please contact the receiving exchange with your Transaction ID to organize the return of your funds (If Possible)

    Whitelist Satowallet email in your server

    Please add below accounts into your whitelist:

    • donotreply@satowallet.com
    • support@satowallet.com
    • it is recommended to use Gmail, Outlook email service

    if you sent wrong coins to your Satowallet coin address:

    • Satowallet does not offer a retrieval service for coins sent to wrong addresses.
    • Satowallet may decide to assist you in retrieving your tokens/coins. this process is extremely complicated and should take a while.
    • if you wish to request satowallet to recover your coins, please contact Satowallet Support Team (Support@satowallet.com)
    If you sent your coins to a wrong address, Satowallet will not be responsible for them as Satowallet did not receive these coins, and as such do not know who controls those addresses and have no means of recovering those coins. The only way to retrieve is to contact the owner of the target address to negotiate your coins back.
    The best way to transfer funds is via Paypal. This secure platform ensures timely payments and a secure environment.
    • Make sure the “Google Authenticator” app is installed on your Mobile phone
    • Make sure the time (clock) on your mobile phone (the one running the Google Authenticator app) and the Device (from which you are logging into Satowallet App) is synchronized.
    • Login to Satowallet App and enter the right login password and 2FA code

    If you have lost your 2FA code, please, send email to our Support Team; support@satowallet.com from your registered email on our Satowallet Exchange, provide us the following information:

    • Accurate wallet balance of at least 3 coins, approximate balance in your wallets
    • We ensure you that this information will not be disclosed to any third parties

    • Install Google Auth

    • step 2:
    • Click on the Menu bar on the top left corner of the Application, then go to Settings and select "Google Auth". Scan the QR code.

    • step 3:

      Open installed Google Authenticator App in your mobile phone to create an account, Click ‘+’ to [scan QR] or [manual entry] '2FA 16-digit key' which displayed in "Google Auth" page

    • Account: Account name define by you on demand, such as "Satowallet account".

    • Key: 2FA 16-digit key’ displayed in "Google Auth" page. Which will be scanned and recognized automatically or manual entry

    We admonish users to back up recovery key (16 digit key/ bar-code) in case you lose wallet/ device.
